Head Coach - Nadia ElFallah

Assistant Coach - Megan Long

I just finished my first year of graduate school at the University of Maryland and I am pursuing a Masters in Social Work. I graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Spanish. I competed with the Division 1 Women's swim team there and in meets such as the NCAA NEC Conferences, swimming mostly 50, 100 and 200 free. I also swam and played soccer for Poolesville High School. I have worked in the aquatics department for MCRD as well as the City of Gaithersburg as a lifeguard, pool operator and swim lesson instructor for about ten years. I am looking forward to a great season with the Germantown Torpedoes!

Assistant Coach - Hannah Bischoff

I am a rising Senior at Northwest High School. I have been on the Germantown Torpedoes since I was eight, and I club swim for RMSC, I have been club swimming year round with them since the seventh grade. This is my first year as a coach but in previous years on the team I have helped the many of the other coaches. Torpedo coaches have often used my swimming techniques as a example for other swimmers. I love being with the kids, it's a lot of fun, and I am really excited for this summer season.

Coaching Consultant - Sue Chen

Since 1993, I have been coaching with RMSC in Olney, Maryland. I joined the Germantown staff this summer as a coaching consultant. I have coached from the pre team level to Olympic Trials and was fortunate to be selected to coach the USA National Youth Team in 2009 in Vancouver, BC. In 2010 I coached the NCSA All-American Team that competed at the Irish Nationals in Dublin. I am looking forward to getting to know the coaching staff and helping out any way I can!
