Head Coach - Andrew Doeck

 

A native of Florida, Coach Andrew Doeck swims for the University of Maryland Terrapins. He will be returning for his junior year and will supply depth in the fly and sprint free events. Coach Andrew is a Junior National qualifier in the 100 Fly. In 2004-2005 achieved two career-best times at the ACC Championships in the 50-freestyle (21.91) and 200- butterfly (1:56.35). During the 2003-04 season, Coach Andrew was part of the fifth-place 400-medley relay team at N.C. State (in the first meet of his collegiate career). Coach Andrew is looking forward to the challenges of leading a team in B Division of MCSL.

Assistant Coach - Madison Scott

Madison Scott has been a swimmer since the age of 7. At that age, she began to swim for the Upper County Dolphins, and completed her final eligible summer with them last year. She has also been an assistant coach for the Dolphins for the past two summers. During the winter season, she swam for many area club teams including the YMCA, JFD, Curl Burke, and RMSC. She attended Damascus High School where she also competed on their swim team. Her main events were 50 and 200 free, 200 IM, and 100 back. This coming fall she will begin her junior year at Virginia Tech where she is majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Assistant Coach - Kendra Griffiths

Kendra Griffiths, a former Nittany Lion swimmer at Penn State University, grew up in the college town of State College, PA. Kendra swam for State College Area High School where she lettered for four years and was co-captain in her senior year. In 1999, Kendra received the Coaches Award. As a High School freshman she won Districts in the 50 Free and 100 Fly. She competed in States all four years and was an All State swimmer her sophomore, junior and senior years. She swam freestyle and butterfly for Penn State University from 1999-2001. Kendra has coached a summer swim team for the past seven summers in State College. Last summer as head coach, her Park Forest Swim Team achieved their first ever undefeated season.

Pre-Team Coach - Nadia ElFallah
